WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Humane Society of the United States, an American nonprofit organization that focuses on animal welfare and opposes animal-related cruelties, issued its annual Humane Scorecard of Congress and awarded Congressman Brad Sherman (CA-32) a +100% rating for Sherman's legislative record on animal protection issues.

WASHINGTON, DC -- On January 26th, the U.S. State Department placed a temporary hold on funding for The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) following allegations that 12 UNRWA employees were involved in Hamas's October 7th terrorist attack on Israel.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Brad Sherman (CA-32) released a draft of the No Capital Gains Allowance for American Adversaries Act, legislation that would exclude investments in China, Russia, Belarus, and Iran from eligibility for lower capital gains tax rates. Sherman is currently recruiting cosponsors for the bill.
