The office of Congressman Brad Sherman, in cooperation with the Los Angeles Passport Agency, will host a "Passport Fair" on Saturday, January 27th to help you if you need a passport, or if yours has expired or will expire in the next year.

To apply for a passport (or to renew an expired passport), you must submit:

-Completed Passport Application (DS-11 or DS-82)

-Evidence of your US Citizenship (Birth Certificate; Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship; Previously Issued U.S. Passport)

-Recent Passport Photo – 2" x 2" (NO GLASSES in Passport Photos)

-Valid Photo Identification (Driver's License; State ID Card; current passport; or Military ID)

-Payment of Passport Fee (credit/debit card, check, or money order)
