California CPA Congressman Gives Tax Advice to Alabama’s Prospective Parents

SHERMAN OAKS, CALIFORNIA – In response to the Alabama Supreme Court's ruling that frozen embryos should be considered children, Congressman Brad Sherman, CPA, offered the following tax advice to prospective parents in Alabama:

"Take a tax deduction on your Alabama State Income Tax Return for every frozen embryo. Your Supreme Court has held that each frozen embryo is a child. And you are paying the storage fee, which means you are paying for their support.
