Due to heightened security, the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and a heavy demand for White house tours, availability for tours is very limited. The White House decides who receives tours and staff at the White house lead the tours. Our office places requests on behalf of constituents.
Unfortunately, the White House does not offer tours between December 22nd and January 1st during the Holiday season.
White House Tour Guidelines:
Tours are not offered on Sundays, Mondays or Federal Holidays
Requests must be submitted at least one month in advance and no more than 3 months in advance: You are encouraged to send your requests in as early as possible since a limited number of tours are available.
Requests are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the White House does not inform Congressional offices about the status of tour requests until two weeks before the requested tour date.
Please note, all tours are subject to cancellation due to occasional security shutdowns.
For questions regarding tours please feel free to contact the Tour Coordinator in my office at (202) 225-5911.
