Sherman Urges U.S. Response to Azerbaijan's continued Artsakh Blockade

Washington, D.C. - Congressman Brad Sherman (D-CA), senior Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and member of the Congressional Armenia Caucus, continued to condemn Azerbaijain's continued blockade of Artsakh and urge for a U.S. response.

"For the last month, the people of Artsakh's right to freedom of movement has been upended by Azerbaijan's blockade," said Sherman. "With food and medical supplies in Artsakh running out at alarming rates, the U.S. must put real pressure on Azerbaijan- including by enforcing Section 907."
