Information on types of services and help my office may be able to provide, and how to request more information or assistance. All Constituent work is offered free of charge.

I am honored to represent you in Congress and am here to help in any way possible. I hope all the information in this section will be helpful whether you need help with a federal agency, would like to order a flag, are requesting tours and tickets for a visit to Washington DC, or are considering applying to a military academy. Thank you for visiting!

Please contact us if you are having a problem with any federal agency. While we cannot instruct a federal agency to take any particular action, we can make sure that your matter receives expeditious attention. Where necessary, we can make sure that your matter is carefully reviewed by a supervisor.

To request assistance resolving a problem with a federal agency, please print and fill out our casework authorization form found by clicking here. We are required to receive this authorization before we may assist you. Upon completion of this form, please mail with any supporting documentation to the address at the bottom of the form.

If you require help on an immigration matter, please print and fill out the immigration inquiry form found by clicking here. Upon completion of this form, please mail with any supporting documentation to our San Fernando Valley District Office.
