LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- On February 20th, the Undergraduate Students Association Council to vote on a resolution endorsing the Boycott, Divest and Sanctions movement against Israel. The 10-3 vote to pass the resolution was conducted by secret ballot amid privacy and security concerns. The resolution follows similar BDS resolutions proposed at other California institutions, with UC Davis' student government and the UCLA Graduate Student Association voting to support BDS resolutions on February 22nd.

Sherman Holds Powerful Meeting with Survivors of October 7th Massacre

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- On February 14th, Congressman Brad Sherman (CA-32) held an emotional meeting at the United States Capitol with survivors of the October 7th attack on Israel.

"Today I heard the devastating accounts of survivors of Hamas's October 7th massacre," said Congressman Sherman. "Despite witnessing unspeakable horrors - mass murder, rape, torture - these brave survivors continue to make their voices heard. We must defeat Hamas so that these atrocities are never repeated."

WASHINGTON, DC -- On January 26th, the U.S. State Department placed a temporary hold on funding for The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) following allegations that 12 UNRWA employees were involved in Hamas's October 7th terrorist attack on Israel.

Congressman Sherman & Colleagues Mark Grim Milestone for Gaza Hostages

Washington, D.C. -- On Wednesday, January 17th Senate and House leaders hosted family members of the hostages for a press conference and candlelight vigil following their 100th day in Hamas captivity.

"My colleagues and I mourn 103 days since Hamas' October 7th massacre," said Congressman Brad Sherman (CA-32) after the conclusion of the vigil. "Over 1,200 innocent Israelis were killed that day, more Jewish deaths than any day since the Holocaust. Since then, too many innocent Israelis and Gazans have been killed due to Hamas' criminal tactics."
